1. What NeedsMatch 🤝 Does

NeedsMatch 🤝 is a business introduction platform. We connect businesses, founders, investors, and service providers through curated introductions based on mutual fit. We are not a marketplace, lead generation service, or employment agency.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information about yourself and your business
• One account per business (team features coming later)
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use NeedsMatch 🤝

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use NeedsMatch 🤝 for spam, harassment, or unsolicited outreach outside our platform
• Scrape or collect data about other users
• Attempt to circumvent our matching system or credit system
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Share or sell introductions received through NeedsMatch 🤝

4. Credits and Introductions

• Credits are used to receive introductions (100 credits = 1 introduction)
• Credits are earned through signup, profile enhancement, and referrals
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• We reserve the right to modify the credit system with notice
• Introductions are facilitated based on mutual opt-in—we don't guarantee outcomes

5. Paid Vanity URLs

• Vanity URLs are paid upgrades that provide a custom public profile link.
• Vanity URLs must not include profanity, hate speech, impersonation, trademarks you don't own, or misleading claims.
• We may deny, revoke, or modify vanity URLs that violate these rules or create confusion.
• If a vanity URL is revoked for policy violations, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Vanity URLs may be removed if the paid subscription is canceled or fails to renew.

6. Introduction Quality

We work to make relevant, high-quality introductions. However, we cannot guarantee that any introduction will result in a business relationship, sale, investment, or other outcome. NeedsMatch 🤝 facilitates connections—what happens after is up to you.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide. By using NeedsMatch 🤝, you grant us permission to use your profile information for matching purposes and to share relevant details with your matches.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

NeedsMatch 🤝 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users, the quality of matches, or specific business outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeedsMatch 🤝 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
